How do I purchase a Dongfeng electric truck from your company?
Choose the model from our website, then tell our sales manager your specific requirements (drive mode, battery capacity, charging standard, body type). We will recommend the suitable model and send a formal quotation. After you confirm the model and price, we sign the contract and begin production.
How do you ensure product quality?
Firstly, Dongfeng holds international quality system certifications (ISO 9001, CCC). Secondly, you are welcome to visit our company and factory in China. Finally, you can entrust a third-party inspection organization (such as SGS or BV) to inspect the vehicles before delivery.
Can you offer customized configurations?
Yes. We can customize paint color, body dimensions, battery capacity, charging interface (GB/T or CCS2), right-hand drive conversion, and special-purpose upfits (mixer drum, garbage compactor, sprinkler tank, etc.).
What is the warranty on batteries and vehicles?
CATL batteries carry an 8-year or 4,500-cycle warranty. The complete vehicle warranty is 12 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. Extended warranty packages are available for fleet customers.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We operate 10 overseas parts centers and can ship genuine Dongfeng EV parts (motors, battery modules, controllers, axles, cabin parts) within 7 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
For new clients: 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat clients: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of original B/L. L/C at sight is negotiable for large orders.
Which countries do you export to?

What battery chemistry do Dongfeng EV trucks use? Are they LFP or NMC?
Dongfeng EV trucks exclusively use CATL LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery cells — never NMC. LFP offers 3 critical advantages for export markets: thermal stability (no thermal runaway below 60°C ambient), cycle life of 4,500+ cycles at 80% DoD (vs 1,500-2,000 for NMC), and no cobalt/nickel dependency (better ESG profile and EU Critical Raw Materials Act compliance). What is the realistic range per charge and how is it calculated?
Real-world range varies by load, terrain and ambient temperature: 282 kWh pack delivers ~180 km loaded / 220 km empty on flat highway; 400 kWh delivers ~240 km loaded / 320 km empty; 600 kWh delivers ~310 km loaded / 420 km empty. Hot climate (45°C+) with full load reduces range by 15-20%. Cold climate (-10°C) reduces range by 25-30% unless battery heater option is specified (USD 2,400 add-on).
How long does it take to fully charge a Dongfeng EV truck?
Depends on charger type: 120 kW DC fast charger: 282 kWh pack = ~2.5 hours; 600 kWh pack = ~5 hours. 240 kW DC charger: 282 kWh = ~1.2 hours; 600 kWh = ~2.5 hours. 360 kW DC charger: 282 kWh = ~50 minutes; 600 kWh = ~1.7 hours. Battery residual value after 8 years / 4,500 cycles (~80% SoH) is USD 31,200 per 600 kWh pack based on current LFP scrap prices (USD 52/kWh). Second-life applications include telecom tower backup (3-5 year additional use), microgrid storage (5-8 year additional use), port crane hybrid power (5-7 years), and commercial BESS (5-10 years). Can I get a Dongfeng EV truck with right-hand drive?
Yes. RHD conversion is factory-direct (not aftermarket) with 4-6 weeks additional lead time and USD 1,400-1,800 price adder depending on model. Highly customized orders (RHD + special paint + non-standard battery + special body): 60-90 days total. Sea transit times: West Africa 35-40 days; East Africa 25-30 days; Middle East 18-22 days; Southeast Asia 8-15 days; South America 38-45 days; Europe 28-35 days.

What is the carbon credit or ESG benefit of switching from diesel to EV trucks?
Each Dongfeng EV truck (vs equivalent diesel) saves approximately 78-110 tonnes CO2 per year depending on duty cycle.
