  2. Fleets piloting electrification. A certified used unit at 55–65% of new price is a low-commitment pilot: real electric duty data, real driver experience, real charging operations — at a fraction of the new-truck capital, and with residual value if the programme expands.
  3. Operators in markets without EV incentives. Where new electric trucks carry full duties and no subsidies, the used import's lower customs value (duties typically price against the transaction value) can make electrification pencil for the first time.
