The KT5M handles the trunk layer: warehouse-to-warehouse shuttles, Mombasa Road DC-to-DC transfers, and bulk drops to large-format retail. The KT5J is the last-mile layer, with a walk-through cab that lets crews work multi-drop retail runs without dismounting.
